Caprice is a neo-classical ensemble from Russia distinguished by Inna Brejestovskaya’s heavenly voice and acoustic sound (harp, flute, clarinet, violin, cello) with a touch of electronics. Probably the best known band’s project is the Elven trilogy – an attempt to show what the music of the parallel world of Faerie sounds like. The first two CDs are music illustrations to JRR Tolkien's novels, while the third part of the trilogy is sung in the unique language of Laoris.

Well, as you have realised, this blog has specialized in Opera mostly, but as its title says it is also given to celebrate the sounds of dark music, that's why I have published the discography of the great Goddess Anna Varney Cantodea and her Band Sopor Aeternus and The Ensemble of Shadows, well, now I give to you, a very well known Neo Classical Band called Caprice, I hope you will enjoy.
